The Top Five Reasons to Study With Us

New Students

Why study with the New Zealand Correspondence School of the Bible?

#5. It's FREE

Our purpose is to teach people the Bible, not to make money. The NZCSB is supported by local churches, donations, and the hard work of volunteers. We therefore are able to charge no tuition fees - the only cost you pay is postage for your lessons (both to and from the office).

#4. Our course is BIBLE FOCUSED

Rather than push a denomination's teachings, we strive to make the Bible our final authority. We do this through a "look up the passage and answer the questions" method which encourages one to read what the Bible says, not to say what the Bible reads! Download a sample lesson by clicking here.

#3. PROVEN since 1992

The New Zealand Correspondence School of the Bible was started nearly 20 years ago and we have been blessed to have over 3000 students like you study with us since then. We have received many testimonies of students finding Christ through these lessons and also many who have testified to the life changing ability of the word of God.

#2. FLEXIBLE study program

Study at your own pace. There are no exams and no 15 page papers to be done by the end of the week. The NZCSB allows you to study at the pace which you learn best. This makes it ideal for homeschoolers, stay at home mums, prisoners, the elderly, or even those currently pursuing other forms of education.

#1. It's PRACTICAL

We realise that the most important thing you can do with the Word of God is apply it to your life. Such life changing knowledge isn't much good if it is only in your head! Although there are no practical exams, you will find yourself encouraged to put what you learn through the lessons into action.
