Receiving your lessons

At the NZCSB we aim to have a turn-around (that is, from the time the lesson arrives to when it is sent out again) of no longer than 3 working days. (During busy periods and public holidays this may take a little longer). When you receive your lesson, you should have the following in your envelope:

• One or more new lessons for you to complete
• All the lessons you last sent in for marking
• A blank envelope for you to self address and stamp
• A return envelope with our address printed on it
• The occasional certificate (when you complete a level) or Bible (if needed after completing level one).

Several students love the course so much that they always like to have a lesson on the go! They have therefore asked for multiple lessons so they can send one in to be graded and still have one at home which they can work on. If you would like this to happen for you as well then just slip a note in with your next lesson.

If you are missing some of your materials then please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a replacement to be mailed to you.

If you have mailed a lesson into us and it has not been returned within 10 working days then it may have been lost in the post (or our office!). In this case, please let us know you are still waiting by contacting us so we can send you a new lesson.

Sending Your Lesson

Once you have completed your lesson and are ready to have it marked, simply post it back to us at the school. We will grade it and send you the next lesson in the series. Please make sure you have done the following when you send it to us as it helps us get the lesson back to you as soon as possible.

Have you...

• Checked you have completed all the questions?
• Signed your name if you have read the assigned chapters / books?
• Stamped and self addressed the blank envelope?

Once you have checked the above, then pop it into the return envelope (the one with the NZCSB's PO Box address on it), stick a stamp on it, and then mail it to us. We aim to have your lesson sent back to you within 3 working days after we have received it.
