Hate reading through 10 pages containing loads of legal jargon? So do we. So we tried to write the below in nice and simple English. Still, if you have any questions then check out the forum.
This privacy policy was last updated 29/11/2010. New versions appear occasionally so please keep an eye on our website.
1) We will not sell, rent, or pass on your contact details to any third party without your express permission.
2) From time to time we may send you a flyer advertising a new ministry or initiative of the NZCSB or the Marlborough Bible Baptist Church that we think you will find to be a blessing.
3) When you visit our site, our server collects some information from you automatically in order to monitor traffic in the site. The information collected includes some or all of the following:
• your browser’s internet address
• your server’s address
• your domain name
• your IP address
• the date and time of your visit to the site
• the pages you accessed and documents downloaded
• the previous site visited
• the type of browser you are using
Our server stores this information which is used for statistical purposes (most current websites do the same). We also use Google Analytics coding for the same purpose. We don't attempt to identify individuals using this information and it is kept safe on commercial servers. This is pretty standard stuff - many sites on the net do the same and use the information to improve their websites.
4) When you sign up to the school we store your information on our computer so we can better serve you, the student. The only people with access to this information are the staff of the NZCSB or Marlborough Bible Baptist Church. If you want to view or delete your information then send an email to us via the contact page of this website and let us know. Alternatively, write to the New Zealand Correspondence School of the Bible, PO Box 484, Blenheim, New Zealand.
5) If you want to see what information we store you can do so at any time. Send an email (or write to the above address) to us with your Student address and full name, plus the approximate date you enrolled and we will email you our record of your information.

By enrolling in the New Zealand Correspondence School of the Bible or registering in the forum, I hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1) I will not copy any part of the lessons in any way without written permission from the NZCSB. They are NZCSB property and to do so would violate both God's law and man's law regarding stealing. It is FREE, but it is also COPYRIGHTED.
2) The user must understand that as far as the law permits the information on this website is provided with no express or implied warranty and that the school accepts no liability for damage as a result of relying on information contained within this site.
3) External links to third party sites are provided as a tool for you only. We are not responsible for their content and therefore cannot be held liable for any information or damage resulting from their use.
